SO MANY HELLO COVERS. NIGERIAN ARTISTES ARE NOT SMILING

Hello, it’s me. The song that’s been stuck in your head since its release.
British singer Adele’s Hello, the first single from her upcoming album 25 (out November 20), has garnered rave reviews from critics and fans alike.
The song has also inspired many covers including among  Nigerian singers.
Here are some of the more popular Nigerian covers:
Recording artist and former Nigerian Idol finalist Diwari was one one of those who took a stab at it.
Even popular saxophonist Yemi Sax put his own spin on the beautiful ballad which invokes nostalgia for a past love.
Power vocalist Omawunmi, also a former Idol contestant, did a more professional cover, a reaggae version that was produced by E Kelly.
Chocolate City artist Ruby Gyang, who is known for her beautiful voice and slow to mid tempo song, is a perfect fit to cover this song.
Another music reality show alumnus, former MTN Project Fame contestant Praiz was not left out in the cover artist.
